Debunking the Gravel Institute’s Stupid Video

The Gravel Institute is a progressive attempt to counter Prager University. The Gravel Institute’s purpose is self described as “[combating] right-wing disinformation and bring left ideas to new audiences”. Of course the way they combat right-wing disinformation and spread left-wing ideas to new audiences is disinformation of their own.

For example, their second video is this one. Complete and utter nonsense without even an attempt to support their claims with data.

Here is my quick debunking of it.

The thesis is "American capitalism today is defined by an overwhelming lack of freedom for the vast majority of people—and incredible, dictatorial power for a few people at the very top."

For such a lofty thesis, you'd think they would make a better effort to prove it.
